The Young Men of Standards is an organization created by Mr. Armand Hargrove, KJCC Counselor. The organization serves with many purposes. The organization, which represents Kittrell Job Corps, has been designed to give male students the opportunity to meet on a regular basis, to discuss their interests, goals and everyday challenges. Moreover, the program is about empowerment, services, and male bonding.

Organization members will be required to begin thinking about their lives, dreams, and strategies to achieving their life goals and aspirations. Group discussions will uncover the true definition of  leadership and give members the tools and resources to become leaders on campus, and being a link in the chain-an intricate part of Kittrell Job Corps that reinforces the male unity on Center.
