On February 2, 2015, Kittrell Job Corps Center engaged its students in “real-life” work settings. Students observed workplace mentors on and off center as they went through a normal day on the job. Students saw firsthand how the skills they learn in the classrooms were used in the workplace. Job shadowing provided them with exposure to new and exciting careers while providing an excellent opportunity to expand their network of employers.
