Angela Bullock, Outreach Counselor with TRIO Educational Opportunity Center/Piedmont Community College hosted an Interview Skills Workshop for the Career Preparation Period Week#3 class on October 9th. During this workshop Ms. Bullock discussed tips to prepare students for interviews for the following:  appropriate work attire, being honest, direct eye contact and a firm handshake, being on time, performing labor market research prior to  applying for a position and follow up techniques.  Students were encouraged to create multiple resumes and to get prior approval from references.
