Advanced Human Service students were excited to have Kittrell’s Human Resource Manager, Rob Turnbo, speak to them regarding human resource issues which directly relate to their field. Interpersonal relations were the hot topic during Mr. Turnbo’s visit and the discussion quickly turned to the EEO challenges the students would likely face during their career.  Mr. Rencher, an AHSW student, inquired if Kittrell had focus groups to highlight the problems of sexual harassment.  Mr. Turnbo was quoted as saying “As the student’s EEO representative, that is a big part of my job. I work very hard to educate the students on sexual harassment and to relay the zero tolerance position Job Corps holds on harassment of any type”.
