Felicitas Perez-Rodriguez transferred to TCU Advanced Training Program at the Gary Job Corps Center to begin her eight month training in Customer Service on May 17th. After completion, she will start internship at United Airlines. She enrolled at Kittrell in July 21, 2015 and met all requirements to become a graduate. While enrolled, she obtained her High School Diploma and completed the Office Assistant Program with her primary certification. She has been very involved in center leadership activities working with the Peer Leadership Coordinator. Ms. Perez-Rodriguez, Y2Y President, organized an interactive anti-bullying skit, which showed how bullying effect today’s youth that attracted over 60 attendees held at the Boys & Girls Club Center in Henderson, NC. She has worked alongside the BCL Director to conduct presentations in area schools and youth-serving agencies. Ms. Perez-Rodriguez has assisted in facilitating Domestic Violence Marches and Night Out Against Crime event to support and promote a positive Center image both on Center and in the community. She recently spoke at the Career Transition Readiness (CTR) May 5th Grad-90 Celebration where she encouraged students to get involved. Felicitas has been excited about the TCU Program since hearing about it.
