On March 9, 2016 KJCC’s Culinary students and Chef Kevin Fabretti enjoyed an exhilarating day at the Sysco Food Show in Raleigh, NC.
Activities included sampling various exotic foods including duck, seafood, angus beef, chicken, fresh fruit, assorted drinks, and desserts.
Students were able to discuss possible job opportunities with vendors and chefs. Students enjoyed the interaction with chef competition judges and other fellow Culinary students from local colleges.
