On June 2, 2016, the Center Standards Incentive Officer (CSIO) Department held a ribbon cutting ceremony to introduce their new incentive closets. CSIO Supervisor, Mr. Kent, and CSIO Officer, Mrs. Henderson, have updated the Center’s incentive program. The incentive program recognizes, promotes and encourages the positive behavior from students during the training day and evening hours. A separate incentive closet, which is called the” TOP DAWG Incentive Closet, has been added for students who receive a CSSR score of 4.3 or higher. The TOP DAWG Incentive Closet gives students a variety of incentives to choose from, based on the amount of weeks they’ve earned a CSSR score of 4.3 or higher. Mr. Kent and Mrs. Henderson are excited about the updates that have taken place and believe that if they invest in our students it would motivate our students to invest in themselves.
