Students Finds Opportunity at Keystone

Kelsy P arrived at the Keystone Job Corps Center in March 2010 from Moon, a small town outside of Pittsburgh.  Prior to her arrival she was working at a coffeee shop; had dropped out of school and was having difficulty paying her bills.  Finding out about Job Corps through a friend, she began to research the program.  It sounded like it could work for her.  She quickly found out she was right.  She was able to achieve the credits needed to get her high school diploma; completed her business technology training;  got a driver’s license and was accepted into the Transportation Communication International Union’s (TCU) advanced training program.  Her plan is to pursue a career in the airline industry.
