Four of Keystone Job Corps’ finest culinary students are preparing to compete in the 24th annual Iron Chef competition.  This year’s event will be held at the Atlantic Cape Community College in Mays Landing, New Jersey during the week of June 13th.

The students will be competing against 19 other Job Corps Centers located on the east coast.  They will be judged on their knowledge and expertise of food preparation, the quality and taste of the meals they prepare, and their practice of proper sanitation and presentation techniques.
