The Joliet Job Corps Center’s Culinary Arts students now will have the opportunity to learn while working at Juliet’s restaurant.

The downtown Joliet restaurant recently signed a memo of understanding for a Work-Based Learning partnership with the Center. That means students will have a chance to work with chef Tom Murtaugh and learn more about the hospitality industry.

Juliet’s is owned by restauranteur Carmen Rossi, a Will County native who was raised in Frankfort.
