JOB CORPS One of Joliet’s own has come home.
Alicia Grangent, the former CPP/Counseling Manager at the Joliet Job Corps Center Center, is now the new Social Development Director.
She has an extensive history with the Center and Adams and Associates. In 2007, Ms. Grangent began working at the Center as a Dorm Supervisor, staying in that position for about four years.
She then was promoted to CSIO Supervisor. In late 2012, she became CPP/Counseling Manager before moving to a position as Technical Assistance Manager with Adams and Associates.
She recently has served as Deputy Center
Director of the Little Rock Job Corps Center. Ms. Grangent has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and certifications in anger management.
