It is very important to the Ramey Job Corps Center to engage with different government agencies and community organizations for the benefit of the Society. Recently, the students of the National Security Workshop served as ushers of an activity of the Puerto Rico Police for the benefit of the “Mi Gran Sueño”, non profit organization that provides services to youths and adults with functional disabilities. This activity fosters respect, solidarity and empathy towards this population.
The students were extremely happy to have been chosen to be part of such an important activity where they were recognized by Coronel Antonio Lopez, Commissioner of the Puerto Rico Police Bureau.
