Old Dominion Job Corps students and staff helped out at the University of Lynchburg’s back-to-school event held by One Community, One Voice. Students and staff also had a chance to talk to and take pictures with Lieutenant Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Winsome Earle-Sears.
