Old Dominion Job Corps Teams up with Central Virginia Community College on a REACH Deep and a REACH Deeper Initiative. The REACH collaborative focused on a One-Door Model, Targeted Outreach, and Supportive Services. The team worked on disparities among adult learners, especially students of priority populations, including resources, communications, recruitment, student retention, and credential attainment.
