Jacksonville Job Corps Students Raise Money for Japan Relief

Jacksonville Job Corps students, led by the Student Government Association, raised over $500.00 for the  Japan Relief effort. The  money raised will be donated to the American Red Cross for those impacted by the tsunami.  SGA  President Robert Thornton and Abril Pollard, treasurer collected funds over a two week period from students and staff through their Dress Down project.

The students indicated that they wanted to be apart of the solution in helping Japan recover.  JJC students actively participate in fundraising and community efforts.
