The Tobacco Free Jacksonville Coalition, Inc. presented a “Empty Ashtray Award ” plaque to the Jacksonville Job Corps Center on August 27, 2010 for the successful adoption of a comprehensive tobacco- free campus policy. The Center’s tobacco-free initiative acknowledges the health risks of using tobacco products and suppports a clean environment.
