JOB CORPS Students and staff at the Jacksonville Job Corps Center worked tirelessly to make Earth Day a true success on the Jacksonville Job Corps Center.
On Friday, April 20th students and staff at the Jacksonville Job Corps Center participate in an Earth Day Celebration by planting flowers, pulling weeding, trimming hedges, laying sod, cleaning windows, picking up trash, etc. The activities began at 8:30a.m. with students and staff dressed down and ready for work.
Tasks were broken down by departments and trades which made working together an easier and more co-hesive task.
The day ended with a Center wide cookout celebrating all the hard work as we continue to save our environment.
