The Iroquois Job Corps staff and students participated in Global Youth Service Day by volunteering at the Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge and their “Spring Into Nature” event. This annual event where visitors are able to view an eagle’s nest with eggs, and participate in many other nature activities. Students and staff of the Iroquois Job Corps center assist with face painting, parking cars, building blue bird houses and at many other wildlife displays. Over 850 visitors attended this annual event.
