U.S. Rep. Wesley Bell visited the St. Louis Job Corps Career Center’s employment recruitment table to welcome Job Corps representatives—Whitney Campbell, admissions counselor; Eric Clark, community engagement coordinator; and Renita Brown, senior CTS specialist—to his second annual Job Fair, held at Harris Stowe University in midtown St. Louis. Partnerships like these foster connections and create valuable opportunities for Job Corps students, local community members, and the congressman’s office to engage with key partners. The event also offered a forum to explain the benefits of the St. Louis Job Corps program to prospective applicants, parents, and corporate partners. Congressman Bell’s Job Fair enabled one-on-one interactions, allowing families to learn more about the educational, career training, and workforce development opportunities available to eligible youth.
