Humphrey Painting completer Antonio Stone (Tony) was inducted into the union, IUPAT Local 386, sponsored in by his employer, Rainbow Inc. Tony has been working full time for Rainbow as part of a bridge-painting crew. Rainbow was founded in 1960 and has grown through contract work on numerous high-profile Department of Transportation projects throughout the upper Midwest, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and countless county and municipal projects. Their employment standards are high and Tony more than met them. His salary and benefits package is $37.80 per hour.
