Humphrey students were volunteers for a community bonfire on a Friday evening at the Northwest Como, the local parks and recreation center. They were kept busy with the ever popular bouncy house, outdoor bowling, face painting and other simple attractions for young children. The local PTA offered hot dogs and sodas for sale as a fundraiser for park projects. About 175 neighbors, adults and children, participated.
