HH Humphrey and CHP International, its OA/CTS partner, sponsored a Trade Skills Expo which showcased demonstrations by all seven campus trades. Visitors from schools, community organizations and companies that have hired HHH students toured the trade stations set up in the gym. Potential program applicants who were on campus for the orientation meeting also attended. All the stations were staffed by students working to complete their trades. They gave a detailed talk about the steps to trade completion and answered a lot of questions. The CNA students offered free blood pressure checks, but Culinary Arts was particularly popular because, in addition to speaking about their trade, they served fresh chocolate chip cookies.
