Job Corp culinary students from the Waimanalo based center utilized their culinary skills to cater the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Apprenticeship Graduation luncheon for 400 guests. The menu of miso chicken,roast suckling pig,chow mein,bok choy,watercress salald and lomi lomi salmon was enjoyed by all. ” Our students gained valuable high volume catering expereince,” said Culinary Instructor Robert Tom. “It was an honor to support our workforce development partners.”
