Hawaii Job Corps culinary students catered the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard Apprenticeship Graduation Luncheon for 400 peope. Guests were treated to carved pepper steak,mahi mahi almondine,chicken chinese salad,lomi lomi salmon,baby bok choy with oyster sauce,and their signature banana bread for dessert.
Congressman Charles Djou attended the event and was impressed with the professionalism of the students. He was pleased to see thatthe center was supporting workforce development partners.
