On October 14th Guthrie Job Corps Celebrated their Military Appreciation Day Honoring Civilian Volunteers in the Military.  Jill Castilla the Top Civilian Volunteer for the Secretary of the Army and Congresswoman Stephanie Bice were the 2 Speakers.  The US Army, Navy, Marines and Oklahoma Army National Guard were present and participated in the Recruiting event following the Ceremony.  We also had a Black Hawk Helicopter Land on the Center
