The Guthrie Job Corps Culinary Arts Students attended the Ideas In Ice event on August 29, 2011 in Oklahoma City. The students assisted Chef Ken Burkhiemer as he did an ice carving demonstation for the event. The chef carved OU out on a beautiful pedistal of ice for the audience. The trainees had quite a learning experience of community service as well as a wonderful training experience for all.
