Loria Phillips represents Guthrie Job Corps Center’s Outreach and Admission Staff and was this year’s reigning Mrs. Oklahoma. Not only did Loria represent Oklahoma and the Guthrie Job Corps Center in many occasions, she sang the National Anthem at different venues as Guthrie Job Corps Military Appreciation Day Assembly and Langston University Homecoming Game Langston’s Homecoming Parade.
