The Guthrie Culinary Arts students and staff attended the annual Food Trade Show at the Cox Center in Oklahoma City on August 31, 2011. Food vendors from all over the state set up food booths at the expo and had training for interested participants. A full day of learning and tasting was enjoyed by all.
