The Guthrie Job Corps Center has a “Fresh Start” program that helps the trainee’s transition out of their program to a new job with all of the things that they need but may not be able to buy on their own. The center is now accepting donations of usable goods for the trainees to use in the transition process, such as: furniture, household goods and small appliances. This will help make the transition from the GJCC to where the trainee will now live so much easier. The program was started in June 2011.
