Kevin Jennings has been doing a GREAT job in the GJCC Cafe. He has been assisting kitchen staff with performing meal preparation, working on the main line, and cleaning/sanitizing the café. Kevin has been showing awesome EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS and is always willing to assist with anything Chef Jack needs him to do. Chef Jack stated Kevin has been an asset to the kitchen during his time on work-based learning and he can’t wait for him to return for his second rotation down the road.
