Ms. Queen Azhane Byrd enrolled into the Glenmont Job Corps Center on January 20, 2015 and completed the Security/ Milcap
trade. Queen also obtained her High School Diploma during her time here at Glenmont, in addition to participating in the center’s
Work Based Learning program at the Colonie Center Mall. During her rotation, Queen demonstrated exceptional
employability skills and received glowing feedback from hersupervisors. Upon separating from Glenmont, Queen will be
returning to the Poughkeepsie area to pursue employment in her field working security at the Galleria Mall.  We wish her all the best!
