November 23, 2015.  Ms. Lynch’s ELL class is competing in Achieve3000’s “Read to Succeed” program. They are competing with other Job Corps Centers to achieve the highest scoring reading assessments for the month of November using Achieve3000’s literacy program. Winners will be awarded a gift card! To further motivate her students this month, Ms. Lynch has begun her own ELL Achievers program. Ms. Lynch’s students compete to earn raffle tickets for each high score they receive on reading comprehension assessments in Achieve3000. At the end of the month, students with the most raffle tickets will be able to choose from a selection of prizes ranging from ear buds to gift cards and lunch!
