On November 2, 2014 Glenmont Job Corps Outreach and Admissions relocated their office. While the office is at the same address, the OA staff moved from the first floor to the fifth floor at 175 Central Avenue, Albany, NY. This new office is larger than the previous one, it is lighter and brighter, and our Outreach and Admissions staff are looking forward to serving even more people than they did before!
This move would not have been possible without the help of many of our students. Mr. Van der Wouden, an Automotive Technology instructor, escorted students to the site to help with the move. OA/CTS Director Ms. Pausley said, “The students worked really hard. Everything was well organized and students exhibited great organizational skills.”
This move is just one example of how Glenmont Job Corps students and staff work together as a tight-knit community. We are always there to help each other out. We thank all those involved for their efforts and wish the OA staff the best in their new “home!”
