On Friday, August 17, Culinary Instructor Richard Toth and a team of 4 Glenmont Culinary students went to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York to volunteer at their annual BBQ.

The BBQ is presented to community members who run food pantries and other services who get food and supplies from the Food Bank and distribute them to those people in our community in need.
Thank you to the Culinary Team of Chef Toth, Robin Raiford, Joel Bel-tran, Demetrius Mejias, and Leah Tillman for their service to the Regional Food Bank.

“The students were thrilled and had a great time cooking, serving and meeting the quests,” said Toth. “The students made quite a positive impression on the guests and workers of the Food Bank and displayed them-selves as fine representatives of Glenmont Job Corps Academy.”
