Culinary Department Serves Breakfast to Regional Food Bank VIP’s

Culinary students from Chef Toth’s Culinary class at Glenmont Job Corps prepared a delicious breakfast for volunteers and sponsors of the Regional Food Bank’s Holiday Hunger Appeal Campaign.

The breakfast included a made-to-order omelet station, a Chef Toth specialty. In addition, fruit salad, mixed berry and chocolate chip muffins, bagels with home-made assorted cream chesses and butters, white chocolate cran-berry scones and French Toast with fresh strawberry balsamic syrup was served.

“We are grateful to the Glenmont Job Corps Culinary team for the wonderful breakfast for our volunteers and sponsors,” said Mark Quandt, Executive Director of the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. “Our supporters look forward to this breakfast every year and we thank Chef Toth and students for their outstanding efforts,” he said.
