9.8.16 The Gadsden Job Corps Center welcomes another local business into the “Gadsden Job Corps Center Work Base Learning Family”. The Fish Market Restaurant has become our newest off-center Work Base Learning (WBL) site. The Fish Market serves lunch and dinner and they specialize in seafood pasta dishes to more exotic fish. Their menu has become an exhibition of the best the sea has to offer. The owner and operator of The Fish Market is Mr. Charlie Hayes and he is so excited about the opportunity to train our Culinary Arts students from Gadsden Job Corps. Mr. Hayes was a student under Mr. George Sarris in Birmingham, AL at the original Fish Market Restaurant and he wants to help Job Corps students learn the business as he did. Gadsden Job Corps thanks The Fish Market for allowing us to have this partnership and looks forward to a successful future.
