Lolitha Tiako: From Student To Staff

6.10.16 Lolitha Ntonmeu Messa Tiako is a 25 year old former Human Service Worker (HSW) student who applied to the program from Grafton Job Corps. During her time in HSW, Lolitha demonstrated great leadership skills and shared an empathic nature with all of the staff and students that she came in contact with. She always demonstrated professionalism and assisted as a Student Ambassador during various community and volunteer projects. Ms. Tiako applied for an internship at Grafton Job Corps Center and was accepted and offered a position as a Residential Advisor during her first week of internship. She is currently enjoying her position as a Residential Advisor and plans to advance in the company to become a Career Counselor. Ms. Tiako is definitely a product of how well our Residential Advisor/Human Service Worker program here at Gadsden Job Corps Center works! We are very proud of Ms. Tiako and we will continue to support her in her present and future career goals.
