Recently, a select group of female students and staff, had the opportunity to attend the Women With A Purpose 2023 Light Summit in Oxford, Al, which focused on empowering young women and girls of all ages by equipping them with information on Sex Trafficking, Mental health Awareness, Career Development, Healthy Relationships and Substance Abuse. This year’s program featured Gadsden Job Corps Business 7 Community Liaison, Ceandra James-Ramirez, who was there to spread the good news about the amazing career pathway opportunities with the Job Corps program. A huge thank you to Mrs. Crystal Vinson for allowing us to be apart of such a momentous occasion.
