We are so proud to highlight one of our former students, U.S. Marine, Taylor McAnear. Taylor entered the Gadsden Job Corps program on July 8, 2014, and thought he had his life all figured out. Taylor felt that all he needed was to obtain his High School Diploma and he’d leave the program and join the U.S. Marines.
After being in the program for a while and staff working with Taylor, he began to trust the process of the program and was able to excel and complete Security/MILCAP. Taylor obtained his High School Diploma and valuable leadership skills during his time in the program.
We are so proud of this young man and we wish him continued success as he continues to serve our country as a U.S. Marine.
