*.26.16 On April 14, 2016 Sierra Crittenden completed the Gadsden Job Corps Center program and shortly began working at Wal-Mart in Dothan, AL as a Cashier/Stocking Clerk. She also searches bags and checks vendors in and out. Sierra is doing so well that in the near future she will be promoted to Shift Manager. Her supervisor stated that she is “A ray of sunshine!” They say it is a delight to work with her. She goes above and beyond her work duties. She is always searching for ways to improve the quality of her services that she provides for both the customers and employers that she serves. Sierra’s willingness to help where and when needed truly shows how passionate she is about quality customer service. Customers are constantly giving positive feedback about Sierra and often tell them “Don’t ever let her go.” Sierra’s long-term goals include college and she would love to go to medical school. Her dream is to become an OB/GYN. She wants to be a great provider for Kamorian (Kam) her son. Sierra’s advice to the Gadsden Job Corps student body is that your dedication and hard work does not go unnoticed.
