Ms. Lishala Thomas, Public Affairs Director for Trinity Broadcasting Network, WTJP-60 asked Chef Crystal Dent and our Culinary Art students to cater a brunch for the 30th Anniversary for Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) in Gadsden, AL. Our Culinary Arts students were at their best with over 50 dignitaries from the City of Gadsden, Mayor Sherman Guyton of Gadsden, AL and Mr. Gary Hodges, General Manager of TBN, said these students did an outstanding job of catering this event. During the ceremony for this 30th Anniversary, Mr. Hodges recognized Mr. Juvenel Levros, Center Director, and made a Public Service Announcement about the Job Corps Program and all the many community activities that the Gadsden Job Corps Center is involved in, not only in the Gadsden community but throughout the State of Alabama. Mr. Hodges acknowledge the excellent job that the Culinary Arts students did in the preparation of the food for the 30th Anniversary Brunch but said they were excellent in their character and integrity. Mr. Hodges told the audience that if you need a caterer for any event, the Gadsden Job Corps Culinary Arts Program would do a wonderful job for you.
