JOB CORPS 
The Gadsden Job Corps Center would like to thank Ms. Carolyn Parker for the support and encouragement she is to the students and staff of Gadsden Job Corps. Ms. Parker is the Etowah County Commissioner, District 5 Representative for Gadsden Job Corps and she has been very vital in helping with the Proclamation for the upcoming Y2Y Peace March on September 21st. The Etowah County Commissioners signed a Proclamation making September 21st to be YOUTH 2 YOUTH: PARTNERS 4 PEACE DAY IN Etowah County, AL and encourage all residents to recognize the importance for PEACE throughout this County, this State, this Nation and the World. Gadsden Job Corps wants to thank Ms. Parker for all that she does for Etowah County and the Gadsden Job Corps Center.
