Ms. Parker is the Etowah County Commissioner, District 5 Representative for Gadsden Job Corps and she has been very vital in helping with the Proclamation for the upcoming Y2Y Peace March on September 21st. The Etowah County Commissioners signed a Proclamation making September 21st to be YOUTH 2 YOUTH: PARTNERS 4 PEACE DAY IN Etowah County, AL and encourage all residents to recognize the importance for PEACE throughout this County, this State, this Nation and the World.
