BCL Manager, Harold Carpenter invited Quez Williams, Executive Director of the Boy’s and Girl’s Club of Gadsden, AL to speak to the AT-HSW Students. Mr. Williams spoke on the Characteristics of Human Service Workers and how you can become an effective Human Service Worker. The HSW Students asked several questions to Mr. Williams. Mr. Williams had hired several of the HSW Students from Gadsden Job Corps Center.
