Rodrigo Hernandez enrolled in the Job Corps program sixteen months ago and completed his Electrical Wiring Vocational training earlier this month. Rodrigo appreciated the opportunity for applying hands on installation and getting more experience in wiring.

Benny Lopez Favela completed his Electrical Wiring Vocation earlier this month also having been enrolled at Fred G. Acosta for the past nine months. Benny was happy to learn all the codes and regulations that are a large part of his vocation.
Having never met before coming to Job Corps, Rodrigo and Benny found themselves siting in the office of their CTS, Enedina Perez, with the same goal in mind, advanced training.
Both young men applied for the advanced training program at Arecibo Job Corps in Puerto Rico. Arecibo is the advanced training site for Advanced Solar PV and Thermal System Installer.
We are very proud that both young men were accepted and will be he heading to Puerto Rico to advance their knowledge and skills as a Fred G. Acosta Team.
