Flint Hills Job Corps to Honor Senator Jerry Moran in Washington D.C.

On Thursday, February 3rd, student and staff representatives from the Flint Hills Job Corps Center will honor Senator Jerry Moran during the Breakfast for Congressional Champions to be held in Washington D.C.

Senator Moran has been an advocate for the Job Corps Program and as a U.S. Congressman was the co-chair for the Friends of Job Corps Caucus.  He, along with nine other officials will be honored during the breakfast that will kick-off a day of Capitol Hill visits for Job Corps students and staff visiting our Nation’s Capital for the annual MTC Leadership Conference.
