Newly elected Student Government Association (SGA) students met with State Director for Senator Carl Levin, Cassandra Woods, today in the Senators District Office.   Ms. Woods, whose first job at the Senators office was a intern, inspired SGA’s Vice-President, Chief Justice, Sargent of Arms, and Secretary with encouraging words as well as  explained the enormous responsibilities of the Senators Office.  Students appreciated the time State Director Woods took from her busy schedule to share time and give a better understanding of government processes and procedures!  After learning more – a tour of the office and introduction to state social workers was presented as well.
