The RS Field Group, which works closely with the Career Transition Readiness class of Flint/Genesee Job Corps, has hired fifteen students, working  in various factory packaging positions.  Most students begin their assignments before transitioning completely out of the program, which allows them to be more prepared once settled outside of the Centers environment.   The business relationship between Flint/Genesee Job Corps Center and the RS Field Group has proven to be most beneficial for both employee (student) and employer!
