Center staff and student representatives, along with various organizations in the community, were aired on Fox66 News during the kickoff for the Fall Fitness 4 Challenge, sponsored by Health Plus, Greater Flint Health Coalition, and Commit to Fit!. During the kick-off, organizational representatives participated in various healthy competitions, such as short relays, fitness balls, strategic exercises, etc. before the 4 week physical activity challenge. Students and staff of the Flint Genesee Job Corps will be participating in the 4 week challenge, which physical activity will be tracked daily.
