The Student Government Association (SGA) members of the Flint/Genesee Job Corps Center collected old cell phones and parts, which were refurbished for U.S. Troops stationed abroad .   Over 250 old cell phones were collected from students, staff, and the community, which will enable soilders  to call families members while far away from home.  A special news article was on the Mlive.com Flint Journal Newspaper as well as an annoucement  in the CPS Newspaper, which invited the community to drop off old cell phones to the Center for the event.
