Student Government Association (SGA) members did an awesome job representing themselves and the center during meeting with District Director for Congresswoman Kristen McDonald Rivet at her District Office, located in Flint, Michigan.  Congresswoman was in Washington D.C. and Mr. Bennent (District Director) served on behalf of her absence.  Students, along with our Workforce Specialist, were able to tour their offices as well as sit down and ask pertinent questions about general government, along with questions on Congresswoman’s direct involvement and support of the Job Corps program.
